We want every client to get the value they signed up for. This Refund Policy explains how payments, cancellations, and refunds are handled for one-off link packages and ongoing retainers booked through ImaraSEO.
Payment for one-off packages (e.g. a set number of listicle links, guest posts, or niche edits) is due upfront. Once outreach or publisher work has begun on a specific placement, that portion of the order is non-refundable, as it covers publisher fees and editorial work already committed.
If you cancel before any outreach or publisher work has started on your order, you will receive a full refund, less any payment processing fees already incurred.
If your order includes multiple links and only some have been placed at the time of cancellation, you will be refunded for the undelivered links only. Links already secured and live are non-refundable.
If a delivered link is removed by the publisher within the guarantee window stated in your plan, we will replace it at no extra cost rather than issue a refund — this is the standard remedy for link drop-offs and keeps your campaign intact.
Retainer packages may be cancelled with written notice before the next billing cycle. Amounts already paid for the current cycle are non-refundable once outreach for that cycle has started, but no further charges will be made after cancellation is confirmed.

Refunds are not issued simply due to a change of mind after placements have been delivered as specified, or for ranking outcomes, since search rankings depend on factors beyond our control (see Terms of Service).
To request a refund or cancellation, email hello@imaraseo.com with your order details and reason for the request. We aim to respond within 2 business days and resolve refund requests within 7 business days.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, refunds may take a few additional business days to appear in your account.
ImaraSEO reserves the right to update this policy from time to time; material changes will be reflected on this page.
