These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the provision of link-building and SEO services ("Services") by ImaraSEO, operated by Lenis Asewe ("we", "us", "our"), to clients ("you", "the Client") who engage our Services. By submitting the contact form, requesting an audit, or making a payment, you agree to these Terms.
ImaraSEO provides link-building services including link inserts / niche edits, guest posts, and listicle links, delivered on editorial, niche-relevant websites, along with related SEO consulting. Full details of each service and indicative pricing are listed on the Services and Pricing sections of this website.
Before any work begins, we confirm the plan, expected number of links or placements, target niches, and price, based on the information you share during onboarding. Work begins once the plan is accepted and any required payment is received.
Placements are delivered according to the timeline confirmed at onboarding, with reporting on live links, target pages, and anchor text provided to the Client. Delivery timelines depend on publisher availability and campaign volume.
We aim to place links on genuine editorial sites with real traffic, consistent with our publisher standards. If a delivered link is taken down by the publisher within the guarantee period stated in your plan, we will replace it at no additional cost, subject to the specific terms of your package.
You agree to provide accurate target URLs, anchor text preferences, and any brand or content guidelines reasonably needed to complete placements. Delays in providing this information may extend delivery timelines. You are responsible for ensuring the content and pages you ask us to promote comply with applicable law.
While link building is intended to support SEO performance, search engine rankings depend on many factors outside our control, including algorithm changes. We do not guarantee specific ranking positions or traffic outcomes.
Cancellation and refund terms are set out in our separate Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
We treat client campaign details, target sites, and strategy as confidential and will not share them with third parties without your consent, except as required to deliver the Services or comply with the law.
Our Services are provided on a professional best-efforts basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ImaraSEO's total liability for any claim arising from the Services is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the relevant campaign or package.
Either party may terminate an ongoing retainer with reasonable written notice before the next billing cycle. Work completed up to the point of termination will be invoiced and is payable in line with the Refund Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection laws that may apply in the Client's own jurisdiction.
